Yes. All LockerRoom Ink products are custom-made and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or items damaged during shipping.
When will I get my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via UPS Ground.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Our apparel is sourced from trusted domestic and international manufacturers and decorated to meet LockerRoom Ink quality standards.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE UPS Ground Shipping is included on all orders shipped within the Continental United States. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.
Order Acceptance & Error
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, contains inaccurate information, or is unavailable due to a typographical error, technical issue, supplier error, or inventory discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
