We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, contains inaccurate information, or is unavailable due to a typographical error, technical issue, supplier error, or inventory discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any such orders placed for that product.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Please review your order carefully, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement if the claim is approved.

We are not responsible for sizing issues, normal wear and tear, or customer ordering errors.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
